SPOTLIGHT ON: youth CHAOTIC SEWING CIRCLE

It's a sew-along! Suitable for beginners who can only sew forward and back right through to advanced sewists who would like a little company and troubleshooting.

Learn to sew or level up at this chaotic sewing circle in Sydney. Develop a new hobby or push your skills further, find like minded people your age and get the fun relaxed support from "Chaotic Socialite" Chrissy Flanagan.

There are two groups, 10-14ish and 15-18ish, if you'd like to participate but are outside those ages please enquire prior to booking.

New to sewing? That's totally fine. We have super simple projects like scrunchies and cushion covers for beginners to warm up on before graduating to garment patterns.

Pretty seasoned? It's a perfect environment for sewing in community and getting those extra tips and motivation. You can bring your own projects you're working on, or sewists at similar levels may choose to do the same pattern as a group.

The weekly in person classes are supported by access to Chrissy's online instructional videos, which are just as chaotic as the classes.

Class sizes are limited to ensure sufficient space and assistance is available.

It's an open, participatory environment, so come ready to make new friends along the way.

All events are hosted by Chaotic Socialite Chrissy Flanagan and her deputy, poodle Bobbin.

About Chaotic Social

We’re really very friendly. Come stag, come with a mate, come with a whole crop of cousins, either way it’s a warm and inviting atmosphere and we mix and marinate.

Fair warning: I can’t swear there won’t be games, and there will definitely be nametags.
